In the heart of New York City: where yellow cabs weave between galleries and the skyline hums with
ambition, a serendipitous encounter sparked the beginning of something magical.
An
Australian-Chinese architect with a passion for building dreamlike cities met a Korean-American
illustrator whose characters felt as if they had souls of their own. They came from different
disciplines: spatial storytelling and whimsical illustration, but shared a vision that went beyond
design. As part of the Sencity team, their meeting wasn’t just a collaboration. It became a quest to
craft something the world could feel.
In late-night Brooklyn studios and under the glow of the Manhattan moon, conversations unfolded: not
just about architecture or drawing, but about joy. A kind of joy you could see, touch, and carry
with
you. The kind that could make someone smile in Seoul, Melbourne, or New York.
That’s when Shin and Yeong were born.
Two magical beings, playful and kindhearted. A duo that carries a story about wonder, warmth, and
the
small delights that connect people across cultures. What began as a creative experiment has become a
growing universe of emotion, imagination, and care, designed not just to entertain, but to uplift.
